Bond Information
The attached bond form outlines the criteria necessary for earning credits and receiving back your Bond Fee of $150.
Each family is responsible for printing off a Bond Form, completing it and having it signed off by an Executive member. All forms are to be submitted to your Parent Rep. A Bond Form must be submitted in order to receive back your Bond Fee. Forms must be submitted by May 31st, 2010 in order to receive back your Bond Fee. Any submissions after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
